• Despite recent changes as of August 2025 in USA Customs Law, USA customers WILL NOT have to pay any extra DUTY, Tariff or Taxes at the time of delivery. Pricing seen is final and all-inclusive.
• For customers in the USA and other countries, you can expect delivery via standard shipping within 12-15 business days depending on the product ordered.
• Items marked :"Express" are shipped within 3-5 business days, however Plus size and orders with intricate blouse design may take an additional 3 to 5 days.
• Shipping charges will be mentioned at the time of check out. Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Free shipping maybe applicable only at certain times as mentioned on the website. In the event Free shipping is not applicable, you will see shipping rates at checkout.

RETURNS

In the event you receive a wrong or damaged item you may return the product to us for a full refund. Please submit your request for a return HERE. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the product to our USA warehouse.

In the event we have stitched the product with wrong measurements you may return the item to us for a full refund.

If for any unexpected reason like a courier delay etc you do not receive your item within a maximum of 30 days we will provide a full refund.

Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of the items we cannot offer return and refunds for reasons like “changed mind” or if the measurements and sizes chosen were not accurate. Please refer to the size guides, take your measurements and ask us any questions at all.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations or alterations may be made within 24 hours of placing your order.  Thereafter we will try to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee it is possible since processing begins once your order is placed.
