I reached out to customer service when I didn't receive an email confirming my order because I wanted to make sure it would arrive in time. They replied to me right away and detailed where they were in the process of creating my saree and it arrived early. The detail and colors were beautiful and it was very easy to wear.

Literally takes one minute to put on. And no one could tell it was a ready-made saree. I only had to use one pin and the outfit stayed very secure all night. I won’t be going back to regular sarees after this!

This is the third time I’ve ordered an outfit for an Indian wedding, but the first time from OMS. What a difference! The product quality is superior - the finishing is so much nicer than the other pieces and the sizing is spot on. Not to mention the saree being pre stitched is so easy to put on - no stress and no fear of it coming undone. Also their customer service is great - very responsive and friendly to work with and shipping was quick and on time. Finally the saree arrived folded so neatly as to reduce wrinkling and had been placed in a very nice drawstring cloth bag prior being put in the shipping wrap. All around great experience. Highly recommend.
