Wrap the skirt around & put the waist band belt through the buttonhole from inside to outside & tie it on your center back side.
Your pallu is to be wrapped around from your left through your back and up till your left shoulder on the front. You can flaunt the pallu in a loose pattern or pin it up for the diva look!!!!!
