I ordered the Maya Mulberry Tissue Organza Ruffle Saree the first week in April for a friend's wedding at the end of May. The shipment claimed showed as delivered on May 1st, however, DHL tracking showed it was in the UK, not the US as requested. I contacted customer support and they were very quick to resolve the issue and reshipped the item right away so it would arrive in time. I tried it on yesterday and the measurements seem a bit loose on the blouse and slightly long on the saree length, but I'm sure I can make it work. I opted for the gold sequin blouse pictured, but I should have known better and gone with a non-sequined option because the sequins left scratches all over my arms and sides from putting the top on and taking it off. The stitching on one side of the drape looks like it was started and the thread was pulled out of the rest of the length for some reason which doesn't look right to me, so can't give mine 5 stars due to the poor/unfinished stitching and rough cut edge as seen in the photos. I'm not sure if this is because the replacement customized order was rushed, but for the cost of customization this was disappointing to see. The color and fabric are beautiful, but the workmanship and initial shipping delay of my order was not a great experience.
