My saree was beautiful and the customer service was incredible. I’m based in Chicago and needed the saree was a wedding in Mumbai. The OMS team went above and beyond to ensure I received the saree in time for the wedding, ultimately coordinating a courier to the hotel in Mumbai. The team was in contact with me day and night to make sure it arrived in time for my event.

Petra Purple Silk Foil Print Floral One Minute Saree I am so impressed. This was my first order and my first saree. It arrived well packed and on time as promised. I am very tall and plus-sized and somehow, you still made a saree that fits me! The blouse especially was a feat of tailoring. The fabric is very pretty, but next time, I'll pick one that drapes and breathes better, it's a little stiff and hot to wear in my warm climate.

Nyla Purple Traditional Silk Foil Print One Minute Saree The saree quality and look is good. Custom stitched blouse was good at the trunk but has ill fitting sleeves as there is no option to provide sleeve measurement around the biceps. There was also a lot of back and forth as the saree I selected was initially out of stock then it’s replacement saree had quality issue. Finally got the initially selected saree. But such back and forth kills the buzz.
Both the blouse and saree were an amazing fit. Slightly expensive for the kind of material but will do for the convenience.

Aline Magenta & Grey Art Silk Lace, Foil-Print One Minute Saree Saree is good but the stitching was not good at all. The blouse is ill fitted and the saree anchal is too long.
Recieved a beautiful saree with good material, properly stiched, very easy to wear. It also has buttons and elastic for size adjustment. Worth the cost. Only thing is that they take a little longer to deliver so order accordingly.

The saree size guide is incorrect and the saree had very poor fitting. The customer service responses are very delayed and not helpful at all. Do not recommend shopping from here again.
Length is short. Return/ replacement not being accepted even though no customisation was done
