The One Minute Saree is new concept in traditional Sarees. The idea of the saree is to make it so easy to wear a saree, anyone can do it. At the same time preserve the grace and versatility of traditional saree. There's no pinning, petitcoats or pleating needed.

No. The One Minute Saree is purposely designed to maintain the free-flowing nature of a traditionally saree. Our patent-pending wrap-around design is graceful yet convenient and can fit a range of sizes.

Unlike normal Sarees require you to wear a tight petitcoat under the saree to tuck it in, the One Minute Saree does not require anything particular to be worn underneath. You can wear leggings, a slip, etc. Depending on the saree fabric you may choose to wear nothing at all! We won't tell ;-)

Pricing of sarees mainly varies depending on the fabric and the kind of work on the saree. Some sarees may look similar but depending on the quality and purity of the fabric & embelishments and whether the work on it is handmade, computerized etc makes a big difference in the price.

All Sarees come with the option to purchase a standard or custom design matching blouse. The blouse is optional.

Yes, you can conert the pleated pallu to free flowing by removing the light stitches that hold the pallu together.

The standard drape flows so that the fabric flows over the left shoulder (pallu), however in the Guajarati drape it falls on the right shoulder, so it is advised to order the "Gujarati Drape" if you wish to wear it Gujarati style.

Each saree comes with an adjustable waist that can fit 3 sizes - the size you choose + 1 up and -1 down. The saree does have an elastic at the waist also to accomodate a better fit. THe length is not adjustable but can be varied depending on where on your waist the saree will be wrapped.

Your measurements are particularly important for the saree blouse. You can choose from the standard size options - note however the bust size and bra size are different, do not use your bra size as the bst size. You can also send us your dress size or you can print the measuring tape HERE to make a quick measuring tape at home.

Our One Minute Saree is designed to fit a range of sizes. We take your waist and length measurements for a more exact fit. Each Saree has a range of about 3 sizes along the waist. The length is fixed and adjustable by where you choose to rest the waistband.

Due to the customized nature of each product, orders take around 14-15 days to ship out for most orders. Please check the time range on the product page. "Express" items ship out within 3-4 days. Thereafter the transit time depends on your mode of delivery and location, usually about 5 days.

For Customers in the USA and India there are no additional taxes or duty for most orders. Since we ship globally to over 80 countries it is difficult to reflect the customs and duty charges upfront for every country. Customers outside of India and the USA must check with their local postal companies about the Duty and VAT or other Tax that may be applicable for goods arriving from India. Any additional Tax or Duty may be collected by the courier at the time of delivery.

One Minute Saree ships worldwide to over 80 countries. Items marked "Express" Ship out within 3-5 days and others will ship within 10 days. Shipping is free over $150 otherwise you will see a charge at checkout for cart values below $150. Certain countries like UK, Canada and others require VAT and Customs Duty, these taxes and Custom import charges must be paid by you at the time of delivery if they apply to your country of delivery.

We accept returns when initiated within 10 days of receiving the product in the event of a wrong item, wrong size shipped or damaged product.

Unfortunately, due to the customized nature of each product we are not able to accept returns for other personal reasons, however we will work with you to rectify the issue and provide a replacement if needed.

In the event your require to send your item back to us, please contact us and we will send you a RMA No. (RMA) authorizing your return. We will also send you a return shipping label. You can place the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us by affixing the return label.

All products must have the original labels and be in the original condition as when shipped, unless damaged in transit.

For bridesmaids you can of course choose yoru saree and ask your bridesmaids to order online. If you would like to order for them and you are shipping to a single address, we can send you a form to fill out to make the process easier. You will have to provide us with certain measurmenets on this form. In either case it would be best to contact us first at brides@oneminutesaree.com and we will be happy to help you in your saree selection and ordering process.
