We want you to be happy wearing a saree! To this end we try to provide the most convenient and customer-friendly options possible.
RETURNS
In the event you receive a wrong or damaged item you may return the product to us for a full refund. Please submit your request for a return HERE. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the product to our USA warehouse.
In the event we have stitched the product with wrong measurements you may return the item to us for a full refund.
If for any unexpected reason like a courier delay etc you do not receive your item within a maximum of 30 days we will provide a full refund.
Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of the items we cannot offer return and refunds for reasons like “changed mind” or if the measurements and sizes chosen were not accurate. Please refer to the size guides, take your measurements and ask us any questions at all.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations or alterations may be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Thereafter we will try to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee it is possible since processing begins once your order is placed.
